Guest suite in Atlanta

Our 1-bedroom ground-level apartment, in historic Kirkwood (east Atlanta), has a full kitchen with eating area; a living area (with a couch that can lay flat & sleep 1); a separate bedroom with a queen bed & private desk space; a full bath; and a screened-in patio. Newly renovated in summer 2025! There are lots of bars & restaurants close by to choose from. Pullman Yards is less than a mile away, concert venues are close by, and the Atlanta BeltLine trail is about a 5-min drive away! The space This is a newly-renovated (summer 2025), private, full walkout basement apartment with lots of natural light. While we live upstairs, the apartment is completely private and has its own separate entrance with keypad entry. The apartment is decorated with our collection of art and vintage. There is 1 bedroom (with a queen bed, closet, and desk space) and 1 full bathroom. The living room includes a couch that can lay flat to sleep 1, and a Roku TV. There is a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with kitchen basics provided so that you can cook simple meals, along with an eat-in area. You're welcome to enjoy the screened-in patio, which has outdoor couches as well as a countertop with bar stools — perfect for morning coffees or evening cocktails :) Guest access You'll be most comfortable in Atlanta with a car. Street parking is plentiful next to the house. A gravel path will lead you from the street to our back gate, and to your private entrance, accessible via keypad. For those interested in public transit, the nearest MARTA train station (Edgewood-Candler Park Station) is a ~30-minute (1.5 mile) walk away. Other things to note This is a basement unit; we live upstairs and both work from home in case you ever need us!
