The space Our completely remodeled, clean, 4 bedroom (5 beds) / 2 bathroom home is set up perfectly to provide you with all amenities & convenient access to the Cuyuna mountain bike & snowmobile trails, Cuyuna lakes, shops and restaurants. The living, dining and kitchen space allow you to relax after a busy day of outdoor activities. Large Smart TVs on each floor, Roku and a retro Nintendo gaming console on lower floor. You will have access to the entire, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom private house, two-car garage, large deck and backyard. Vehicle parking in the garage, large bike rack in garage, driveway and on the street. Walk to nine restaurants, two coffee shops, a brewery, four bars, a bike shop, a Family Dollar, Ace Hardware, a pharmacy and a hospital all within four blocks. 0.3 miles to the closest biking single track access point, and a 0.5 mile to the biking paved trail access. On a designated snowmobile street (Cross Ave) with connection 1/2 mile to the extensive groomed snowmobile trails.
