Snowmobile and boat friendly! Private apartment!

Spacious and comfortable retreat in the countryside. 2 bedroom basement apartment just outside of town. Our apartment is the perfect destination for families or groups of friends, as it can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The apartment features 2 large bedrooms with 5 beds total. The living room has a cozy sofa and large TV where you can relax after a day of exploring the Soo Locks! One of the highlights bbq grill, fire pit in the beautiful yard. Huge driveway for trucks & trailers! The space Please note: There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and relaxing in the warmth and glow of the fire. I have a gas BBQ grill set up for guests along with a patio table and chairs, and cushioned lawn set. Guest access Please note: This Airbnb space is not handicap accessible. There are 8 steps leading up to the front door & there is a flight of 15 steps down to enter the Airbnb apartment space. There is a large parking area that can accomodate up to 3 trucks with trailers. Other things to note The sunsets and stars are incredible here and on special occasions the Northern Lights will visit! Driveway and parking can accommodate multiple trucks with snowmobile trailers or boats with room to turn around! Close to the snowmobile trails! This is an apartment in my home. This is not the entire house. I live in the upper part of the home. The apartment is however private.
