The space The 1400 sq ft cottage is a single family dwelling, located near Picayune, MS. It is minutes from I-59 and only 20 minutes from I-10/ I-12. The property has a spacious, enclosed yard and is located in proximity to Chickie's Roost, also an AirBnB property, should guests want to occupy both listings. Chickie's Cottage has many unique features, such as a large front porch with ample seating on which to view the pecan orchard and pastures beyond. The spacious, open kitchen features Cherrywood cabinets, an antique butcherblock table, an electric oven, gas range, full refrigerator, microwave, two coffee makers and is well stocked with necessary kitchen items.
