My roommate and I share a lovely 3 BR home in the heart of Atlanta. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, such as Grant Park, Georgia Aquarium, Ponce City Market, Belt Line, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport. Grant Park has a real neighborhood feel. You'll love your airy private bedroom, luxurious queen sized bed, and other amenities that'll make you feel right at home after a day or night of enjoying ATL. The space Please note, we have a sweet cat named Luna. There are 3 bedrooms in this house. One is my roommate's, one is yours, and the other room will have guests at times (either family, friends, or rented), but not always. There's no TV in your room, but there's one in the living room. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ that you're welcome to enjoy. Our place has good vibes and we welcome your positive energy as well! The kitchen, living space, dining room, and bathroom are shared. There's no designated spot for food in the fridge or cupboards, but there is definitely plenty of space. You are welcome to move things around as needed. Guest access Most areas are open for your use besides private rooms and closets. I'll send a video tour closer to your arrival showing you the ins and outs. There's one parking space on the property. Sometimes it's full. Otherwise, there's plenty of free parking on the streets nearby. During your stay I am very communicative leading up to your stay as well as during arrival and departure times. Roughly 24-48 hrs before your arrival, I'll send a welcome message with all the information you will need about my home (how to enter, what areas/things you can use within the home, internet access, etc. My roommate and I would love to have a chat and welcome you to ATL. We are also living full and lovely lives, so we won't always be immediately available. Please send any questions in advance so we can iron out any necessary details before your arrival. Other things to note Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am - you can watch TV in the living room, hang out in common spaces, or listen to music in your room during these hours, but please keep the volume low.
