Walk out the front door of this downtown tiny house and you are five minutes to downtown CDA. Be prepared to want to move here...there is no better place than CDA! Coeur d' Alene is beautiful at all times of the year and has so many different experiences including unique shops, restaurants and cafes, the beaches, local hiking and biking trails, amazing views and clean, fresh air! When you're done exploring for the day, come back to this cute and well-outfitted oasis to rest and recharge. You'll find a full sized kitchen, cozy living area with a 47" TV, super fast wifi and a bed that will help get you ready for the next day's adventures! Hosts are on the property as the tiny house is in the backyard of the main home, but it is up to the guest how much or little interaction the guest desires! You'll have complete privacy during your stay but if you need something, we can be there quickly to assist. Guest will have full access of the entire house, complete with it's own private walkway and entrance! The tiny house is right in the middle of CDA's most desired neighborhood: the Garden District! Tree-lined streets and historical homes are the backdrop! In town for a wedding? The home is only one block from Archwood Hall! Go for a morning walk to grab coffee. There is nothing better! Guest will be able to use free street parking anytime, day or night! City trash service happens between 9AM and 11AM on Thursdays and the trucks come close the the house in the back alley. This has potential to be a short disturbance for guests staying during this time.
