Featuring 2 bedrooms PLUS a loft for kids, everyone will have their own space to cozy up in! 1st bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & the children's loft has 2 twin beds (this space in the home is NOT suitable for adults). We have a fully stocked kitchen too. Located right around the corner from beautiful Memorial Park w/ walking trails, sports courts & a splash pad.... The space -Walk in to an inviting living area with a cozy couch, reading chair and a desk for all you remote workers or home schoolers. . -Fully equipped kitchen offers, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, eating and cooking utensils, etc. All major appliances plus a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. We also provide coffee and spices for cooking. -Washer and Dryer in Unit -At&t Fiber internet/wifi (AT&T FIBER — INTERNET 500) -Roku TV's in living room and downstairs bedrooms ( you will need to be able to log into your own apps like netflix and hulu, etc) -Game room offers a variety of adult and family friendly card and board games. -1st bedroom has a king bed, end table, dresser, closet and smart tv. -2nd bedroom has a queen bed, end table, dresser, closet and smart tv. The children's loft has 2 twin beds and an end table with a lamp. ***The upstairs loft is NOT suitable for adults or grown children. Be careful not to hit your head when going up the stairs. It is railed for safety. There is also an osculating fan up there for comfort.*** Guest access -Driveway parking for two cars. -Street parking for additional vehicles. Other things to note The space is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and canNOT accommodate 6 adults. ***The upstairs loft is NOT suitable for adults or grown children.
