Gift yourself an original and peaceful experience at my newly renovated ART HOUSE. Walls filled with original artwork that explore various concepts (not shown in pictures for privacy). Come for the art but stay for the tranquil environment. The warm months make the front porch such a peaceful experience. Hear the leaves rustle while drinking coffee & reading your favorite book. Perhaps hang a hammock and let the day take you. During the cold weather, the indoor fireplace makes for a cozy night. The space Within this 4 room house, two of the rooms are listed through Airbnb. This listing includes full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, front porch and all outside areas. The other two rooms are occupied by my lovely father and I. However you can still expect privacy while staying in our home since we are rarely in the property, even when in town. We probably won't see each other but if you need anything, I'm just a txt away! Two people can fit in the private room, while the comfortable couch in the living room is also available for naps. Extra blankets and pillows provided if needed (: note that the couch is not pull out. Just a real nice comfy one. Guest access When you arrive, you can either park on the side of the house (Korniv Dr), or in the driveway located behind the property along Korniv Dr. *** Please do not park on my neighbors driveway (located on the right side of the home)*** The lockbox in the front of the house will have a code that will allow you to get into the property. During your stay I’m always a call/text away. I’m rarely home if in town, so probably wont run into eachother. However, I will make it my priority to help you with whatever you need Other things to note Pets are more than welcome if potty trained. Please keep pets off of carpeted areas if not in the property to supervise. I have a carpet washer in case of any incidents, however if the stain/smell cannot be removed, the guest will be charged for professional carpet cleaning (~$200)
