Bedroom 1: Queen bed on the main floor Bedroom 2: King bed (75” long) and 2 twins are on the top floor bedroom and seperated by the chimney. Den: One queen is at top of the stairs with a work desk (without a door) You must walk through den to get to bedroom 2. This cottage was built in the 50’s. Expect a touch of the past. The cottage is three finished floors with two living rooms and a dinning room that sits 8. The basement (or game room) has a 4k, 65 inch tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. It also has a pingpong table. The parking lot can easily fit 6 vehicles or 2 vehicles as well as a truck towing a boat. The sunroom can hit 30 degrees celcius in the dead of winter. Other things to note The hiking possibilities are limitless. Some trails for mount Orford are walking distance from the cottage. You could also walk all the way to Magog following the train tracks right in front of the property. Please be careful with the train that goes by a few times a day. The cottage sits on Route 112. The BBQ is propane, in cold weather it is unuseable. This cottage is in the woods under the canopy of huge hardwood trees. Expect A LOT of leaves in the fall. You can also expect the occasional spider, ladybugs, deer, turkey, racoon…. I have to mention this for the 1 renter out of 40 that is surprised.
