Please note: 1) Accessing the unit requires descending a few somewhat steep steps 2) The front yard space may be shared with other visitors or dogs 3) We have a strict policy of no smoking and no marijuana (either inside or outside the house). This is important for health reasons for other folks that live on the property. Guest access The condo is a 3 minute walk from the U St/Cardozo green line metro stop. Parking: There is street parking available. Please note that this is a busy commercial area so it may be difficult to find parking on Friday and Saturday evenings in particular (it's always possible, just sometimes takes a few minutes of circling!).
