This private suite is in a huge, extraordinary, designer 3-bdrm/2 bath upper flat in a charming 1925 duplex with original architectural details. This apartment/suite is located in the heart of the Westside. Just south of West Hollywood. Beverly Hills is within a block. One mile south of Cedars-Sinai, and 20 minutes from Santa Monica and the beach. Super safe and convenient. The space This well-appointed guest suite is all about comfort. It has a dreamy hotel-style queen-sized bed with a firm mattress, cushy mattress topper and luxury bedding. Newly renovated with fresh paint and remote-control lighting. A wall of windows overlooks the downstairs patio with room darkening shades. There's a dresser and walk-in closet. Perfect desk space, fast WiFi and printer access. It has its own clean, sparkling private bath/shower. There is central AC & Heat, free laundry facilities and full use of the shared, well-equipped kitchen. The free safe street parking is always easy, but there's an extra driveway space just in case. The back entrance allows you to come and go privately if preferred. I love this area because it's right in the middle of LA. It's safe and convenient to everything I'm 1.5 miles from LACMA, the new Academy Museum, The Peterson Car Museum and The La Brea Tarpits. All right up Wilshire. 1.5 miles to Rodeo Drive and the heart of Beverly Hills. An easy walk (4-10 blocks) to the Robertson Blvd. shopping district with The Ivy and Kitson. It's 2 miles to The Grove/Farmers Market and 2 miles to the center of West Hollywood. 1 mile from Cedars-Sinai and the Beverly Center. I’m 3 blocks from the Margaret Herrick Library, home to The Motion Pictures Academy archives. I'm a 10 minute drive to Culver City, 20 minute drive to the heart of Hollywood or Santa Monica and the ocean and a 25-minute drive from LAX or to Downtown. 20 minutes to UCLA or USC. (There are buses going in all directions surrounding me. N/S buses going up and down La Cienega & Robertson. And E/W buses go along Wilshire & Olympic. None more than 2-4 blocks away. The closest train is 10 minutes south in Culver City. This is the Expo Line and goes from DTLA to 4th and Colorado in near the beach in Santa Monica. There is also a free app called SoCal511 for coordinating your travel about the sprawling city that includes maps and routes for all buses and trains.) Guest access I am not at all territorial and have indicated on the photos which areas are shared and which are private. If you are more comfortable hanging out in your private suite - no problem. But I encourage all my guests to enjoy this bright, spacious apartment. It's all about your comfort level. There is front and back door access. The back door is mostly private, and leads directly through the laundry room into your private suite. During your stay My interaction with guests is ss much or as little as you'd like. I can treat you like family or be your personal concierge. Or I can act like you're invisible. I always take my cues from my guests. Other things to note If your dates don't match up perfectly, write me and we'll see if we can make it work. I have a Min Pin named Louie and a Mini Schoodle named Mazey.
