All linens are line-dried and fragrance-free. Full kitchen with all the necessities. Outdoor patio with table and chairs. Free street parking. The space This is a warm and special place. Uber is available and you can walk to many places. Smoking outdoors only. This apartment is all downstairs. There are tenants in an adjacent downstairs apartment and another that is the entire upstairs. Guest access Self check-in with key box. You may load and unload, or charge an EV (please contact us about this first) in the driveway. However, other tenants and the next door neighbors share the drive and use the spaces there. Airbnb guests must park on the street. Other things to note No more than 2 adults allowed per Greensboro ordinance. Additional, no more than 2 children. Please be courteous of other tenants in the adjoining apartments.
