Home: 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1 K, 1 Q, 1 twin over full bunk, 2 pull out couches) OUTDOOR LIVING: Paved patio, gas grill, lounge chairs, shared on-site river access, stunning views KITCHEN: Well-equipped, coffee pot/Keurig, stainless steel appliances, cookware, toaster, dish ware, glassware, silverware GENERAL: A/C, toiletries, hair dryer, linens, towels SUITABILITY: Several steps required to enter, proximity to river may be unsafe for children PARKING: Shared driveway parking (out front, 2 vehicles max) * The shared boat dock is now available for guest use. Bring your boat, or get picked up and dropped off at the retreat by your fishing guide. Or ... dip your toes in the river, sunbathe, and enjoy all the river has to offer! * **This house sits DIRECTLY on the river. There are lots of wildlife, critters and bugs. The white gate on the right is for Wild River Retreat (the studio space underneath Lily’s) Other things to note **Please NOTE that this is one of two units on the property. Our Wild River Retreat is on the bottom floor of the home. Both units have their own private entry and spaces. They share the Driveway, one walkway to the dock and the boat dock with each other. **Please note that the laundry room is also shared with our cleaners when they need to clean the *downstairs unit* (Only between the hours of 10-5) **This house sits DIRECTLY on the river. Please note that there are lots of wildlife, critters and bugs. It's truly nature at its best. - NOTE: Due to the proximity to the river, this property may not be suitable for children - NOTE: Parental supervision is advised for children under the age of 16 on the dock A dog fee ($35/dog/night) will apply, and we kindly ask that you review our full dog policy (posted on the listing) and keep in mind: - Up to two dogs allowed - The dogs are trained not to scratch, chew or go to the bathroom in the house - You do not *ever* leave the dogs on the property unattended at any time - You don’t allow them onto any furniture/linens - You pick up all poo/mess outside - You confirm that your booking clearly lists the pet As long as all of that works for you, we’re happy to have them! Please confirm your agreement through our messages so we have this on record. Only small events are allowed and MUST be approved through management. If you do not have additional guests/events approved, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. Children (anyone under 18) are not allowed on the decks or the dock without responsible adult supervision. No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property at any time. If furniture is moved or damaged in anyway, we will charge not only for the repair or replacement of the furniture but also for the labor to move the furniture back to where it belongs.
