This spacious two-story unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open loft, comfortably hosting your family or group. The space Our home is located in the San Sierra complex on the second floor. The condo is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to Mammoth Village, where you can enjoy the gondola to Canyon Lodge, or head to popular local spots! Inside you will find: -Downstairs Private Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, a built-in closet, a portable heater, and a wall-mounted heater to ensure comfort during colder months. -Downstairs Full Bathroom: Includes a walk in shower, toilet, and sink, conveniently located near the main living area and the downstairs bedroom. -Upstairs Bedroom: Offers two queen-size beds, a built-in closet for storage, and cozy furnishings for relaxation. -Upstairs Full Bathroom: Includes a full shower, toilet, and sink. -Open Loft: Located upstairs and provides a full-size bed and a work table. The loft is open, overlooking the family room, situated directly before the second bedroom and must be passed through to access the upstairs bedroom. Additional amenities include: -4 comfy beds: Ideal for resting after a day of adventure. -3 Smart TVs: Stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, or other apps. -Free WiFi: Stay connected throughout your visit. -A wood-burning fireplace with blower: Adds warmth and ambiance to the living area. -Family room: Vaulted ceilings, dimmable lighting, a ceiling fan, and a brand-new leather sectional couch. -Fully stocked kitchen: Equipped with essentials for preparing meals, plus many common appliances like: drip coffee maker, toaster oven, hot water kettle, pots, pans, sheet pans, eating wear, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, tea, coffee, etc. -In-unit washer/dryer: Convenient for laundry or warming clothes. Essentials provided include: - 8 bath towels. - 2 paper towel rolls. - 6 toilet paper rolls. If you need additional supplies, please bring them along or purchase locally. We are asking that guests do not use our towels to remove makup or to clean shoes. These are the property of the house cleaning team and there will be extra charge for replacing stained towels. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, excluding two storage closets used by cleaners. There is a ski locker on the front porch for storing skis, poles, and boards (key provided in the unit). Complex amenities include: - Indoor jacuzzi and sauna, located just steps away. - Patio deck with tables and two gas BBQs (seasonal). - Parking for up to two vehicles (parking passes provided). Other things to note - Our home offers 2 bedrooms with doors and an open loft sleeping area. - Like most properties in Mammoth, there is no central air conditioning. We provide portable fans for the summer months. Wall heaters and space heaters keep the home warm in winter. - The unit is non-smoking and pet-free. - The hot tub, sauna, and BBQ are communal amenities and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or seasonal closures. - The front door is located on the second floor, accessed via stairs, and is not handicap accessible. - Parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked off-premises. There is paid parking available in the Village area. - The Town of Mammoth Lakes charges a 16% Transit Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all stays. This tax is included in your total booking price and is remitted directly to the town. - We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels, as the complex is shared with both owners and seasonal renters. - We adhere to Airbnb’s & Mammoth’s enhanced COVID cleaning protocols. - By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood our description, house rules, and "details to note" section.
