The space Experience the charm of this 2-bedroom cottage located in the St. Augustine Historic District of Lincolnville, directly adjacent to Historical Downtown St. Augustine! Situated in the tranquil Lincolnville neighborhood, this fully equipped home allows you to park your car and easily explore everything downtown has to offer. Unwind on the cozy front porch or enjoy the spacious backyard. With a modern kitchen, bathroom, and nicely furnished bedrooms, this inviting space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. One of the best highlights of this property is its proximity to attractions/activities, beaches, local eats, shopping, groceries, and several golf courses. To enhance your exploration, you can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep The features of the main spaces of the cottage/property: - A bright sitting area with uber comfortable seating that faces a flat-screen Smart TV that’s able to connect to your streaming accounts, providing a relaxing space to hang out. - A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with everything you’d need to cook up homemade dishes and an island where you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed. - 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds - The bathroom features a shower/tub combo, double sinks, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. - An expansive backyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating. This is great for the kids and pets to run around. Just please note that the yard is not fully fenced. Please clean up after your pet. - Parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the cottage during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week. Other things to note A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500. Baby equipment is available for a fee. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated. A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250.
