Country Getaway - 1 Bedroom Barndominium with Loft

Located on 23 acres in Amish Country. A quick drive to area biking, hiking and shopping. This one-bedroom Barndominium with loft is handicap friendly on the first floor and includes a stocked kitchen, full bath, baby gear, and washer/dryer. Access to pond and fire pits. *Limit of 6 guests & 4 vehicles on property. Base price is for 2 guests. In lieu of cleaning fee, extra guests are $25 each. All guests must be registered. An extra 1/2 bath is available for parties of 5+. Other things to note The unit is located 1/4 mile off a back-country road. We recommend AWD when the area has had significant snowfall. The lane is plowed but hilly. Some GPS systems may have issues. Additional directions will be provided prior to check-in. Guests are welcome to fish in pond (catch and release) and enjoy pond firepit. Areas of the property may be used for snowshoeing or cross country skiing (Gear is not provided). Two televisions, for DVD use only, are located in the unit. A limited selection of DVDs are provided and a RedBox is located within 5 miles. Due to our remote location and metal roof cellular reception may be iffy depending on your carrier. Wifi is available at 25mbps speeds. If you wish to book a long term stay (week or more) and unit is showing as unavailable, please message us to verify. Days may be blocked for private events that may allow for a long term guest. Scheduled light cleaning and linen changes are available for long term guests. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing infants or toddlers. That will allow us time to gate off the fireplace/TV area, check safety gear, and prep pack-n-play, etc...
