This tiny vacation home is fully remodeled and pet friendly. There is a kitchen for cooking, a screened porch with an outdoor living room, and a fenced yard for the doggos. We provide a grill and fire pit area, and resort amenities include rec center with a heated pool and full gym and game room just a short drive away. 2 turns from the gate and five miles to downtown Ellijay for shopping and dining, outdoorsy peeps will love this area for hiking and more! The space A tiny home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Indoors is the bedroom kitchen and bathroom with a bar height dining table. Outside on the screened porch is an outdoor dining table with folding chairs, and an outdoor living room area. Throw blankets for cold days and a ceiling fan for warm days. There is a fully fenced yard with a fire pit and grill. Parking is off street and free. Guest access Guests enter Coosawatee River Resort at the Legion Rd gate, and arrive at the rv in just two turns. A gate code is provided just before your stay. Other things to note Please respect full time residents in the neighborhood. Observe speed limits and stops, and evening quiet hours after 9pm. By all means that doesn’t mean go to bed early, just lower the volume.
