Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. **Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet: 1-4 Nights: 25$ Per Day 5-29 Nights: 200$ 30+ Nights: 300$ There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.
