The location says it all. The views of the mountains are quite spectacular. This property is minutes to the Royal Gorge bridge, rafting, hiking, mtn biking, and town. We are in the center of it all but away from it all at the same time. The Little Suite is a King bed with a living area and modern sleeper sofa. There is no TV in this room. The space This is our home and the rental property. It is a vintage restored roadside motel with only 4 rooms. Our house is completely separate from the motel but we live on property. There is a 3/4 mile walking trail on the property we encourage you to use, a greenhouse space and a second patio we call the hideout. The views on the back of the property are breath taking and worth taking in. Guest access We have a ⅓ mile walking trail on the back of the property. We also have a private patio . We have a gravel parking lot with parking for a vehicle for each room(two spots for the Little Suite and 3 spots in front of our Little Cottage)
