Just blocks to downtown Palm Springs restaurants and entertainment, and a short walk to the Margaritaville Hotel and the Arrive Hotel, this mini-resort offers everything you need for that true Palm Springs experience you are looking for The space Suite 1 of six Suites, as part of shard mini resort. Offers a large living room with gas fireplace and a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. Dining room tables seat up to 8 people. It has a 50" flat screen smart TV. Open kitchen with bar. Kitchen has full size fridge, microwave, wine cooler. Please note there is no oven or gas burners. There is a double hotplate with pots and pans. All small appliances are there. The bedroom has a King bed with 40" flat screen TV, as well as its own private bathroom. This suite comes with its own private outdoor area in the back with BBQ, outdoor dining table, two chaise lounge chairs. This suite can be combined with suite 2, via double communicating doors. Suite 2 has two queen beds and it’s own en-suite bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to their own 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with private living room and kitchen (no stove, just a double hot plate). As well as their own private patio in the back w outdoor dining table, bbq, and two chaise loungers. You Share the pool, spa and fire pit in the front, with other guests staying at the resort. Other things to note Please note that this unit does not have a stove/oven. It has a wet bar, with full size fridge, wine cooler, double hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker.
