Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. The fourth bedroom includes a daybed with three drawers and two twin mattresses. Gym & Pool Access (For Stays Over 31 Days): A makeshift gym is available for guest use. To access the gym and pool, guests staying more than 31 days must be registered as occupants through AppFolio and obtain a resident ID from the HOA office.
