Ground floor (no stairs), one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen (oven, stove, large sink, dishwasher, full fridge). Centrally located with easy access to Sloan's Lake Park (0.5 miles), downtown Denver (2.2 miles), West Highlands (2 miles), Bronco's Stadium (0.2 miles), Green Mountain (12.6 miles), light rail (0.5 miles), and much more. The space This mini apartment takes up the ground floor of our townhome so we will be the only neighbors you should run into in the shared entryway. Please note we have a camera surveilling the shared entryway space for our collective safety. Your keypad lock front entry will open to your private mini apartment full of everything you should need for your stay. The main living area has everything you could need in one space. Kitchen, dining table, and smart TV with couch. You will have access to various streaming service apps but will need to log in using your own accounts and log out before you leave. You have your own temperature control via the thermostat in your mini apartment. The full kitchen is stocked with the basics (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, and tea). There is a large oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator with freezer (and ice maker), large sink, and trash and recycling receptacles. We also include a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, and hot water boiler for additional convenience. We have assorted pots and pans, a baking sheet, wine opener, and various cooking implements. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap and we do include a hair dryer with diffuser and concentrator. There is a lovely frosted window for natural light and generous space for maneuverability. The bathtub shower combo is comfortable for either showering or bathing. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with two windows that let in the beautiful Colorado sunshine. The thick top down bottom up shades allow for excellent privacy and light control. There is a closet with a shelf, hangers, and space to store your luggage. Guest access Street parking is available up front or in the neighborhood.
