Plus all the baby gear you need to lighten your load. Book now! Don't miss out on this magical escape. The space The Prickly Pear is 1,174 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Newly renovated and thoughtfully designed, you will be impressed by how comfortable, stylish, and unique the home is. COMMON AREAS: In the quirky AZ-themed living room, you can listen to your music through the sound bar, watch a sports game on the Smart TV, or play a board game. And you will love sipping coffee and sharing meals in the bright, airy dining space next to the vibrant fully-stocked kitchen. BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is equipped with amazing bedding, pillows, and its own unique flair. You will have everything you need, including full-length mirrors, luggage racks, hooks for your belongings, and hangers. BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are a delight with fun wallpaper, rainfall showerheads, and all the amenities you'd expect and more. OFFICE: Remote workers have access to a dedicated office space in the master walk-in closet. Far from being an after-thought, the office has a fun mural that will keep you feeling vacation vibes even while you work. OUTDOORS: Soak up the beautiful AZ weather in the fun lounge space complete with amazing swing chairs, outdoor heater, and umbrella. Use the charcoal grill and enjoy a meal outdoors right next to the pool. Get your tan on in the chaise loungers, or enjoy some coffee under the shaded patio. And of course there's the huge play pool with basketball hoop that is warm enough to enjoy from May - September (April - October if you're brave!). FAMILY-FRIENDLY: The Prickly Pear is safe and fun for kids of all ages! Safety measures include: - All furniture at risk of tipping anchored to walls - 4 ft pool safety fence - Pool safety net cover available on request - Floatie suits available - Outlet covers and corner protectors available Other family-friendly amenities include: - DINING: High chair, booster seat, Bumbo, sippy cups, plastic dishware, child utensils, and bibs - SLEEPING: Pack and play with bassinet and diaper changer attachments, crib sheets, toddler bed - PLAYING: Play kitchen, water table, toys, books, and board games - BATHING: Baby bath, baby shampoo, bath toys, step stools - ADVENTURING: Stroller, infant hiking backpack, baby carrier Guest access There is room for one car to park in the garage -- huge plus during our hot summers! (Note there is no garage door opener, so you'll have to press the button in the garage to open/close). The driveway has space for two cars to park, and there is ample free street parking available. Other things to note The pool does NOT have a heater. It should be comfortable for all from May through September. For brave kiddos and grown-ups, April and October are swimmable as well! If you bring a wet suit, you can swim year-round ;) Washer and dryer are located in the garage, which is not heated or air-conditioned. Fireplace is not operational.
