Guest Suite Near Beautiful Open Space (30 day min)

Note: 30 day minimum, required. This basement suite is situated in quiet neighborhood in Southwest Denver, with beautiful trails and open space within walking distance. It includes a private entrance (locked with a deadbolt keypad), your own driveway parking spot (left side of the driveway), and 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living area, and workout equipment. The space * Bedroom: The bedroom has a soft pillow top memory foam queen bed, full dresser, closet to hang your clothes and a tv with an Amazon Firestick. * Bathroom: The ¾ bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has soft plush towels, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner * Kitchen: The fully furnished eat-in kitchen includes oven, range, full size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (including cream and sugar), sink, toaster, blender, slow cooker, plates, utensils, cups, and mugs. * Living Room: The living room has two sofas and tv with an Amazon Firestick, along with a DVD player, Nintendo Wii and PSII. * Workout space/play room: The workout space includes an elliptical machine and some dumbbells as well as a kids play area, with lots of fun toys for little ones to enjoy. Your own washer and dryer are also included in this space. You’ll also have access to the backyard (shared with owners of the house) with a nice patio and deck. With has easy access to C470, it’s quick and easy to head up into the mountains, downtown Denver, or anywhere else you want to go. - Loveland Ski Area: 1 hour - Winter Park: 1 hour 15 minutes - Breckenridge: 1 hour 30 minutes - Mile High Stadium: 30 minutes - Red Rocks Amphitheater: 20 minutes - Aspen Grove: 15 minutes - Bandimere Speedway: 15 minutes - Chatfield State Park: 10 minutes - Bear Creek Lake Park: 10 minutes Guest access WiFi internet access Entire basement to yourself, private entrance. Other things to note The host and family live upstairs with a friendly dog and 2 sweet but rambunctious boys so some noise is expected in the basement as the ceiling is not finished in the kitchen, living room and playroom (it is finished in the bedroom). We are home in the mornings, most evenings, and on weekends, as well as week days during the summer months. But if you’re an early riser and love the beautiful surrounding mountain areas, you’ll be out and about enjoying the mountain air any way. You will have the basement guest suite all to yourself, including a private entrance. The only shared space is the backyard. If there there are specific times you need it to be quiet, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our dog will need occasional access to the backyard (which is how the private entrance is accessed). No smoking of any products, inside or outside property ($500 fine for violating this policy, plus the cost for cleaning/remediation). No parties. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 6:30am (yes, my kids will be up every day by 6:30am).
