Guest access ✓ Full privacy apartment for the guest ✓ Access is contactless through keypad codes ✓ Community offers a small parking area in front of the building, as well as plenty street parking around building ✓ Laundry on site ✓ King Size bed in the bedroom, sofa beds in the living room. Extra bedding provided if requested prior 6PM on check in day Other things to note === Key Rules === ✓ No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the apartment and the common areas. A $300 fee will be assessed if you smoke in the apartment. ✓ No events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property, and only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. If found to be using the apartment for an unauthorized party, you will be immediately asked to leave and a $500 fine will be charged. ✓ Security cameras: Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the main door for the safety of our guests and the property. The cameras do not monitor the inside of the apartment or any other private areas. They are not actively monitored, but will record motion events and can be later looked at if needed. A $500 fee will be assessed if you are seen tampering, covering or removing cameras. ✓ Quiet times: Quiet times are enforced from 10pm to 7am to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. The use of noise monitoring devices helps us to maintain a peaceful environment and respectful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment. If we are notified by neighbors of high levels of noise, you will receive a warning for the first incurrence and if repeated you will be asked to check out with no refund. ✓ Check out time is at 11:00AM. $50 late checkout fee will be assessed at 11:10AM unless notified to us and we have agreed. ✓ This space can be prepared for up to 4 guests, please let us know if extra sheets or blankets may be needed. Fee for unannounced guests will be $15 per person PER night. ✓ Pets allowed. $55 fee per pet. If pets are brought to property without adding them to reservation, a $200 undisclosed pet fee will be assessed. ✓ Washer and Dryer are located in a community laundry room within walking distance. Cards are accepted.
