Quiet country getaway w/ Hot tub

Welcome to the Homestead Hideaway! Unwind and take in the simplicity of country living. From watching the sunrise to sitting under the stars experience nature with all the amenities. This home comfortably fits 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. The space Pets allowed Private master suite with queen size bed, jetted tub and walk in shower. Bubble bath and candles provided for maximum relaxation! Both bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Backyard includes hot tub, gas grill, lawn chairs, corn hole game, fire pit and firewood provided. Road is gravel. Hot tub is softub brand fits 4 people comfortably 104F max temp Charcoal grill provided you will need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Jacuzzi tub is very large it will use all the hot water in the tank to create a HOT HOT bath. We understand everyone's temperature sensitivity is different if you prefer an extra hot bath we just recommend not using hot water (laundry, shower) an hour before using Jacuzzi and allowing an hour for hot water heater to recover to full strength. With much feedback from guests and trial and error we have discovered this is the best way to ensure the hotest bath possible while still avoiding dangerous scalding temperatures. Reliable cell service through most providers and wifi available. Roku tvs in main living room and master bedroom for guest use. Washer and dryer available with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Refreshment cabinet for guest use (coffee, tea, creamers, hot chocolate), Keurig, 12 cup drip coffee maker and french press for all caffeination needs. Pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, utensils, cooking oil, salt and pepper provided. A assortment of condiments can be found in the fridge. Toaster, mixer, coffee maker, blender and crockpot available. Outdoor dog run available. A high chair and some children toys are available for guests with young children. We recommend keeping children out of the hot tub to avoid overheating concerns. We ask guests to strip beds used during their stay and start a load of laundry but totally understand if time constraints prevent that. We ask guests to pick up after their pets, pooper scooper and poo bags provided. Guest access Front door keypad for easy no contact entry. Wheel chair ramp in the back of the house for wheel chair access or easier luggage moving. Guests have access to whole house excluding 2 storage closets and a dresser drawer. All outbuildings are off limits to guests. Property is surrounded by cattle pasture and electric fence so we ask guests to not cross or open fences for their safety and the safety of our animals. Other things to note No smoking in the home. This home is pet friendly we want to waive caution to those with pet allergies.
