Well connected to the Iron Horse Trail, Lakeside Parks, and separated bike lanes on streets Other things to note We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping. Please note that this is a private room with common elements hat are shared with other guests. We are not responsible for any lost of damaged items left in the common areas. Laundry is only available for stays longer than 4 nights. Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Our contractors and per city requirements, we have 24 hours from snow fall to clear the snow and when the city plow comes through is outside of our control. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
