The Lookout Mountain Birdhouse

Welcome to the Lookout Mountain Birdhouse! This modern cabin in the woods (completed in 2021) is surrounded by stone, trees, and a breath taking view! This house was built to stretch towards the clouds with a 1000 sqft deck and bird's eye view from inside. The 8 foot windows allow for an unobstructed view. The sunset facing view and valley below offer pure relaxation. Watch out for hang gliders and eagles- they love to fly by! Whatever your reason for visiting, this place has it The space Open floor plan for living room and kitchen allows for ideal family hang outs. The master bedroom has king bed, walk-in closet, beautiful custom rainfall shower and continued sunset views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, sizable closet, chest of drawers, and continued views! The house has a tankless water heater that allows hot showers or baths for everyone! All water in the house is filtered as we have a 3 stage whole home water filter. So, no need to bring bottled water! The house is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, 15 minutes to Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Cloudland Canyon State Park. This is a perfect hub to experience all Chattanooga has to offer while having your own little mountain retreat to end your days. Guests must also understand that they are staying in the woods- occasional insect friends do like to come in, but they are easy and quick to remove should they follow you in. If you have issues with this, we may not be the right fit for you. Please note: no refunds will be given for this reason. *Please review our cancellation policy before booking! We have a firm cancellation policy and expect all guests to agree to those terms. Guest access Comfortably park two cars next to the entry and one additional car at the top of the driveway. There is adequate turn around space in the driveway and motion lights for seeing at night. Other things to note *NO PETS* If guest brings pet into space, they will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation. *We ask that primary guest be at least 25 with more than one positive review for liability purposes. *NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING INSIDE THE HOME* If guests smoke inside the home there will be a fee of up to $500 for odor removal. *NO PARTIES* There are no exceptions. *Guests must understand that they are staying in the woods- occasional insect friends do like to come in, but they are easy and quick to remove should they follow you in.
