Guest access Just 5 blocks from the new Roosevelt Light Rail station, you'll be able to get to and from the airport in under an hour regardless of traffic! Downtown is just a 12-minute ride. Some guests have found it cheaper to rent a car from the Avis/Budget car rental one block away rather than shuttling around a busy airport. If you wish, I will grind organic coffee fresh the day you arrive. Caffeinated or decaf, just let me know. Otherwise, there are abundant coffee shops within blocks. And wonderful nearby restaurants too numerous to mention; I'll send you a detailed list upon request. University District Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 9 - 2. We offer 2 off-street parking spots and there is usually free all-day street parking available nearby.
