A safe, private and clean space less than a mile from the Eastside Atlanta Beltline, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores. Within a 10-minute drive to many of Atlanta sights like Georgia Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta, Ponce City Market, MLK National Historical Park, Piemont Park, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Mercedes Stadium, and more! The airport is about 15 minutes by car. If you choose to ride Marta Trains, the nearest station is about 1 mi (1.6km) from our home. The space Safety, privacy, cleanliness, and comfort are our priorities. Your space is a private one-bedroom apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed and a private rain shower walk-in bath on the first floor of a three-story townhome. The room is on the street level and has plenty of natural light. We’ve got you covered with blackout curtains, giving you an option for a darker room and additional privacy. Your room has a high-quality Dyson air purifier that can also be used as a fan and heater. We aim to provide our guests with a spotless and sanitized space. Please note that there is no thermostat control on the first level; the house is generally kept between 68 and 73°F. We are happy to adjust the indoor temperatures for you throughout your stay. We live on the upper two levels so we will share the first-floor hallway with you. Otherwise, you will have the first level of the home to yourself. ****Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy**** Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is NOT guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance through the Airbnb app. If approved, early check-in or late check-out will be charged $10 per hour, depending on availability and our cleaning schedule. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will be charge at $50 minimum or up to the full nightly rate, especially if it interferes with cleaning or the next guest’s reservation. We will try our best to be available to help and accommodate you throughout your stay. Other things to note We have a friendly 30lbs dog on the property. Our dog will NOT have access to your space (unless requested). We live on the property. Please be respectful. No smoking. A minimum of $300 fee is charged for the smell of smoke. No illegal activity of any kind. No parties. The number of guests staying must be the same as in the booking. If you have any extra guests, please let us know beforehand.
