This is one of the 5 cottages on our marina, located on Point Salubrious in Chaumont NY, a great fishing spot for walleyes, bass, perch, and pike. The 7 mile lake front loop is great for walking, running or riding a bike. The cabin has been partially remodeled: new windows, new roof, new bed, new bathroom( as of Nov.2021), new living room floor (2025). We are continuously updating the cabin. The marina is located 15 minutes to Cape Vincent, 20 minutes to Watertown, 20 minutes to Clayton. The space Cabin E has 2 bedrooms, one of the bedroom has a full size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds. Guests have to bring their own sheets, pillows, towels as well as personal toiletries. The cabin has a full size kitchen complete with cooking utensils, a small living/dining area, a newly remodeled bathroom, front deck with picnic table, gas grill for out door cooking. It comes with cable TV and window unit air conditioning. Three communal firepits located at the point and around the cabins are shared among guests. Other things to note Guests have to bring their own sheets, pillows, towels as well as personal toiletries. We can provide linens (pillows, towels, sheets, blankets) for $15/bed/stay. Please ask your host for the arrangement. Boat launch is included in the reservation, boat slips are available for $10 per night. Please ask your host if you need to reserved a slip.
