This is a studio apartment with a yard in the back which is divided for privacy. Coin Washer and dryer available. Place is ideal for a guest who needs a long term stay due to medical/corporate assignment or tourist who wish a quiet and safe retreat away from crowds and quiet place near everything. The only thing you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothing.All linens,towels/carpets,Etc. are fully washed and sanitized before each new guest arrives. Other things to note *Downtown Hollywood is about 7 minutes away with plenty of entertainment *Dollar Tree,Walmart,Ross,Walgreens,Publix,Winn Dixie are within 2 miles more or less of site *Property manager lives 5 minutes way in case you need any type of assistance and quick response. *Aventura mall is less than 5 miles (largest in North Dade/South Broward) If you wish to go shopping and Sawgrass Mills mall (Largest outlet mall in South Florida) Is located in Sunrise which is 20 miles of site. *Quick Delivery available from over 100 restaurants in our area by ordering online through Uber eats. *Kitchen is fully set up with utensils,spices,pots and pans if you wish to cook your own meals. *Maximum allowed inside is two occupants at a time as per city regulations. *No pets allowed.
