Guests have free access to the yard, dock, paddle boards, kayaks and the river frontage. We live near the home (next door). If you need us for any reason you can text or call. We are out doing chores and keep to ourselves unless you’d like to visit. We love meeting our guests. This beautiful property is close to Pomerell ski resort, the world famous City of Rocks, Perrine Bridge (Only bridge in America legal to BASE jump from), the beautiful Shoshone Falls, Cassia Hospital & the cities of Burley, Heyburn, Paul & Rupert. Great walking and bike path in the area which follow the river’s bank. You cannot see the neighbors homes except for across the river. Great walking neighborhood. Owners live close. There are other Guest Homes on the property. There is a great walking / bike path very close, cars are recommended for transportation in the area. Domestic animals on property. We have a small yorkie inside, in our private space only. A young, outside silver lab named BLEU, he is kenneled when we are not with him. We have Chickens and rooster that are free range, they are scared of people so you only see them from afar. There are other Guest Homes on the property.
