Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough (10-25 min drive) to enjoy what the city has to offer. That being said, I provide a quiet country atmosphere with incredible night sky's and outstanding amenities. So, if this distance will cause you to rate me a 4 or less instead of a 5 on location because it is inconvenient to drive 10-15 min to town for the bars and party culture, please pass on my listing. If you have already made a reservation, PLEASE CANCEL. (There are 10-15 other listings on average, available in town that would better suit your needs at a similar or lower prince.) I can control all of the other aspects of ratings except location. Please do not take a few puffs off of whatever substance you may be smoking on the indoor patio (the indoor patio is considered an inside space) because it's cold outside. It is still "SMOKING"inside the house. Guest access Host will greet you and give you an orientation to the property.
