The three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo has a beautifully updated fully equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets, stainless appliances and granite countertops with barstool seating. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom and large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, and a third bedroom has two queens. The living room has plenty of room to spread out as well as another set of sliding doors to the large balcony. Crescent Keyes is one of the newest resorts in North Myrtle Beach. Escape the ordinary and experience tropical luxuries found in the Keyes with amenities that include a large outdoor pool and lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor pool, sundeck, and fitness center, all just footsteps from the ocean. Crescent Keyes also offers a courtyard on the sixth floor that has an additional lazy river, kiddie pool, and hot tub. The sizeable glass balconies in the units are accessible from the master bedroom and living room, offering magnificent coastal views. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Keyes is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer''s sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Keyes is very close to oceanfront parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, & Hot Tub - Kiddie Pool - 6th Floor Courtyard with Additional Lazy River, Kiddie Pool, & Hot Tub - Indoor Pool - Fitness Center FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay.
