Get ready for the home of your dreams! Disney Villa is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that is inspired by the magic of Disney, and is about 10 minutes from the parks! This home sleeps a whopping 10 people, perfect for large families! The home also has a living room, dining room, full kitchen, a game room, laundry area, and a private pool and lanai area. Guests have access to Windsor Palms' many on-site amenities. If you're looking to be close to the magic, this is the home for you! The space When you walk through the front door, you're greeted by the Mickey Mouse-inspired entry-way, including wall art and a table with the Sleeping Beauty guest book and Mickey and Minnie figurines. Guests can sign the Sleeping Beauty book if they wish. To the right of the entry-way, there is a small hallway that leads to the Secondary Master Bedroom, or as we've named it, the Wedding Room. This room has a beautiful and luxurious king sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser with a TV and a chandelier that also has retractable fan blades so it can be used as a fan. The walls are adorned with art of ballgowns, flowers, and a wedding dance, as well as several flower arrangements throughout. This bedroom has a small closet. The TV is a smart TV. This room also has its own attached bathroom. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and vanity, and a bathtub with a shower. There are soap bars in this bathroom that are provided for guests. Leaving the Secondary Master Bedroom, and going to the left of the entryway is the first Kid's Bedroom. This is the Cinderella Room, and it is every little girl's dream room! This room has a bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, so three children can sleep in there. The walls are a shimmery blue, and is adorned by wall art, flowers, dolls, and beads inspired by Cinderella. Cinderella herself is also in the room, right beside the bunk bed. This room also has a TV, a dresser, flowy pink curtains, and a cabinet that holds a variety of games and books. The TV is a smart TV. Leaving the first Kid's Bedroom, and going by the Mickey Mouse table is the large living room. This living room has two big couches, two end tables, lamps, and a large coffee table. On the wall is a large smart TV, perfect for streaming Disney+, Netflix and more! Above the TV is a small shelf with Disney Parks figurines, like The Partner's Statue, the various Disney road signs, and the original design of the Walt Disney World Entrance. The coffee table has coasters, the TV remotes, a ceramic jar, the Mickey Mouse guest manual, and decorative faux candles. To the left of the living room is the dining room and kitchen area. The dining table can seat 8 people, and there are 3 barstools over beside the bar area for extra seating. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has a variety of small appliances, including a pressure cooker, two Crock-Pots, waffle irons, George Foreman grill, hand-mixers, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, and a traditional coffee maker. There are also plenty of dishes, glasses, plastic cups, silverware and cookware to use. There is also some tea, Keurig pods, popcorn and candy left for the guests. Next to the dining table is the entrance to the half-bathroom. This is also considered the pool bathroom, because there is a door in there that leads directly out into the pool and lanai area. This bathroom has a sink, vanity, and toilet. The pool towels are also stored in this bathroom, located in the two drawers of the vanity. This bathroom is also inhabited by mermaids and decorative lizards. Going to the very back of the house, beside the sliding doors, is the entrance into the Master Bedroom. This Master Bedroom is a tropical oasis theme! The lamps are pineapples, there's luscious green foliage, and a king sized bed that pays homage to Florida's favorite tree; the palm tree! Aside from the king bed there's also two nightstands, a massive vanity/dresser, a mounted smart TV, and several decorative brief cases. If you love "The Jungle Cruise" at Magic Kingdom, you will for sure get those vibes from this Master Bedroom. This room also has an attached bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a massive double sink vanity, a garden tub, a stand-alone shower, and a toilet. There is also the walk-in closet. There are soap bars that are provided in this bathroom for guests. Leaving the downstairs entirely and headed to the second floor of the house, we first encounter the first bedroom of the upstairs. This is the Beach Bedroom. This bedroom is perfect for that member of the family who loves the ocean. This tranquil space has sand colored walls, nautical wall décor, and an oceanic queen sized bed loaded with pillows! Beside the bed is a single nightstand with a lamp and placemat, nestled between the two corner windows looking over the other homes. This room also has a mounted smart TV, and a decent sized closet. Leaving the Beach Bedroom is the final bathroom of the house that is shared by the Beach Bedroom and the second Kid's Bedroom. This bathroom is themed to Mickey and Minnie Mouse! The shower curtains are Mickey, the wall decals are Mickey, the shadowbox with the pins are Mickey and his friends, the rugs are Mickey, even the shower hooks are Mickey! This bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a sink and vanity, and a toilet. There are soap bars provided for guests in this bathroom. The final bedroom upstairs is the second Kid's Bedroom, also known as the Mickey Mouse Bedroom! Girls and boys alike will love this unique bedroom! The walls, furniture, rugs and décor are all inspired by the big cheese himself, Mickey Mouse! In fact, you can find him sitting on the dresser with his friend Tigger! This room has a bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed, so three children can happily sleep in this room! There are two bean-bags, a large dresser, and a mounted smart TV on the wall. This room also has a nice sized closet. (REMODELED AS OF 02/01/2025) Going back downstairs, next to the entrance of the Secondary Master is the Game Room. This Harry Potter inspired game room consists of games and the laundry machines. The games included are ping-pong, life-size Connect-4, and an Xbox One console! Two controllers are available for the Xbox, along with instructions on how to access the games downloaded to the console. There is laundry detergent that is provided to guests. Finally, the pool and lanai area is located at the back of the house out the sliding glass doors. The lanai is screened in, and the sides have privacy screens. This large pool has a shallow and deep end. There is also a hot-tub beside the pool. There are lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table that can seat 6, so you can have a relaxing meal by the poolside. Guest access Swimming Pool Info: Pool heat is an additional fee that can be added on separately after you book. We highly recommend that if you want pool heat and the ability to heat the hot tub, please message us before you arrive and we will arrange to collect the payment. Pool heat is $30 a night. The pool heaters run 12 hours a day once they’re turned on(ex. 9AM-9PM). You can still use the pool, it’s just that once the heaters shut off for the day, the pools will be noticeably colder until the heater starts running again. This house has a hot tub: when you run the hot tub, the pool WILL NOT heat up. To operate the hot tub, turn the timer past 60 minutes, and let it run, even if you don’t stay in the hot tub for that amount of time. NEVER turn the timer backwards under any circumstances. (Those visiting around December-March 1st pool heaters do have a harder time working due to the colder weather. Pool heat may not be available during that time. Discretion is advised, as the pool heat fee is not refundable.) Do you have a special event or holiday happening during your vacation? To ensure everyone enjoys their experience, please follow these instructions and guidelines carefully. How to Use the Xbox     1.    Access Games     •    The Xbox is set as the Home Console, so you can access our Game Pass library without needing to sign into the owner’s account.     •    Simply select the Guest Profile to start gaming.     2.    Signing Into Your Account (Optional)     •    If you prefer to use your own Xbox account, you may sign in.     •    When finished, please ensure you sign out before leaving.     •    Any purchases or changes made while signed into a personal account are your responsibility.     3.    Purchases     •    Purchases are restricted on the guest account. Aside from parking in your home's driveway, if you require additional parking, there is parking over at the resort's clubhouse, as well as near the condominium buildings. Windsor Palms has several amenities, all of which are available for guests. All of these amenities are a short walk away from the house. Most all of these resort amenities are free. These include: * A tennis court * A basketball court * A playground * A community pool with a kid's splash pad area, kiddie pool and hot tub * A 57 seat movie theatre * An arcade and game room * A sundry shop with essentials and select food items * The Tiki Bar located by the pool area * A gym and fitness room * A picnic/BBQ area And so much more! Every guest is to follow the checkout procedure that is implemented in the house. Failure to follow the checkout list and the house rules results in losing the $500 security deposit. This is the checkout list: 1. Bag up ALL the garbage in the house, including the bathroom waste cans, and set it in the trashcan(s) outside. 2. Strip all the sheets, comforters, and pillowcases off all the beds THAT WERE USED DURING YOUR STAY and start the first load of towels. Please leave the mattress protectors on the beds unless they have been soiled. 3. Load the dishwasher and start it with all the dirty dishes used. All of the bedding in the house that's used, including the comforters and quilts, are all washed and sanitized before the next guests come in. High contact areas such as remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliances, etc. are all cleaned and sanitized using products recommended by experts. The bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and disinfected, and the toilets are even given a sanitization seal across the seat. Our cleaners wear masks when they go in to clean the home, and wear the proper protective gear required of them. The home is also sprayed down with a disinfectant spray multiple times throughout the cleaning and sanitizing process, while also airing the house out as much as possible by opening windows and doors.
