The space This beautiful, fully furnished townhome offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and classic Baltimore charm. Boasting an open concept design with hardwood floors, the main floor features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas appliances, granite countertops, and a dining room table that seats four. For added convenience, the main level also features a powder room so your guests will never have to go upstairs. Step outside to the fenced patio and enjoy the outdoors. As you walk upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom also includes a queen bed, dresser, closet, floating nightstand, Samsung Smart TV, blinds, and black out curtains. The upper level also features a full-size washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. The unfinished lower level offers extra storage space but can also be used as an office, workout room, or whatever else you can imagine. You can rest assured that this space is only accessed through inside of the home, giving you extra security and peace of mind. Our homes are designed with your security in mind. Feel at ease with security front and rear doors, as well as a Ring Alarm security system and Ring doorbell. With this state-of-the-art security system, you can rest assured that your home and belongings are safe and secure. Enjoy a cool and comfortable stay with our central heating and cooling system and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home. We also want to make sure you don't have to worry about a thing when you arrive, so we've included basic toiletries and cleaning supplies for your convenience. We also welcome pets, so your furry friends can stay with you! Guest access The entire home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! Other things to note Perfect for travel nurses, residents, or medical/nursing students! The monthly rate includes a generous $350 utility allowance, which covers gas/electric, water, and WiFi. In our experience, most guests stay well within this amount. If your usage exceeds the allowance, we’ll provide copies of the bills and submit a payment request through Airbnb for the difference. Guests with pets: there is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee. We’ll send the payment request link on the day of your check-in.
