Granite Point Resort - Historic Cottage #10

Nestled on the southeastern shore of Loon Lake just north of Spokane, Granite Point has been the waterfront setting for family vacation memories for 100 years. Our sandy beaches, pristine swimming areas, fresh lake fishing, and vibrant atmosphere made it the summer destination of choice for families coming from throughout the Pacific Northwest. The space Originally built in 1907, Cottage 10 is our amazing original homestead on the lake and perched right over the main beach area with amazing views to the West and up and down the lake. Large enough for groups and families, it has four bedrooms including its original "sleeping porch." It contains a queen bed, two full beds, two sets of bunk beds, and three additional single beds, It has a bathroom and living room with plenty of space and sitting area to accommodate a large family. The kitchen is equipped with a range, full-size refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot and filters, toaster, and microwave (but no spices, condiments, or coffee). Beds are made up with linens and a lightweight coverlet, and we provide a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. Our Store is stocked with many commonly forgotten items, and if there is something you need (spaghetti cooker, larger baking dish, apple peeler), please don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate If you don’t feel like cooking after a fun-filled day enjoying the Resort, join us at our historic Café where we serve handmade meals, your favorite coffee & espresso drinks, hand-dipped ice cream, beer, wine, and happy hour specials.
