“Golf Heaven” Pinehurst, NC

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Within a 10-mile radius of my home you can play 35 golf courses, including Pinehurst #2 that is just over a mile from my home. The Village of Pinehurst is a quaint town offering wonderful dining, tennis, equestrian lifestyle and much more. Pinehurst weather consists of four balance seasons with mild periods of winter and summer and long periods of spring and fall. The space Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The yard is very large and includes thirteen 60' pine trees. The front porch is a very relaxing place to have a cocktail or two in the evening. The house is in a small cup-de-sac which is very quiet and peaceful for a good nights rest. Guest access Guests can park in the circular drive which gives them easy access to the double front door. Other things to note Although my home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath it is quit large at 1,900 sq. ft. A great deal of space is dedicated to the 500 sq ft Living Room that is furnished with an office desk, a 27" iMac ( 300 gigabyte Wi Fi), a 77" Sony OLED TV which faces two very comfortable chairs with ottomans, as well as a corner sofa with a roll-out 62" bed comfortable for 2 people.
