The kitchen opens to a covered patio, flower gardens, and a large, sunny yard - perfect for relaxing after the beach. The space This charming, light-filled farmhouse offers comfort, space, and privacy. The third-floor attic bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, writing desk, generous storage, and abundant natural light. The second floor includes a primary bedroom (queen), and three guest rooms (one with a queen, one with a full bed, and one with a twin). On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a 42” smart TV, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and an office—perfect for remote work or quiet reflection. Outdoors, enjoy a large yard with lush flower and vegetable gardens, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and a refreshing outdoor shower. This is a home filled with creative energy. Two artists (your hosts) live and work in studios at the back of the ¾-acre property—one in ceramics, the other in glassblowing. Our studios are separated by a privacy fence to ensure you have quiet, peace, and full enjoyment of the home and yard. The driveway is shared. Beach Access: We’re just 1 mile from Indian Wells Beach. Please note that a town permit is required for parking. Summer or month-long passes can be purchased through the East Hampton permitting office. Daily beach passes are available at Atlantic Beach. Guest access The yard is gated, with space to park at least two vehicles out front. Additional parking is available inside the gates. You will have full and private use of the main house and yard during your stay. While we (your hosts) reside in the separate studios at the back of the property, we’ll be out of your way and respect your privacy. We occasionally water the garden and lawn or use the shared driveway. We’ll be nearby should you need anything during your stay. Other things to note Air Conditioning: The home stays cool and comfortable with two mini split units on the first floor and window units in all four bedrooms. Comfort & Sleep: Most bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades to support deep rest. Location Note: We’re located right on Montauk Highway in the heart of Amagansett. One unique feature of our neighborhood is the “noon whistle”—a short, loud siren that sounds every weekday at 12 PM, and occasionally during emergencies to alert the local volunteer fire department. The noon whistle is located next door. It’s part of the rhythm of small-town life here—brief, familiar, and soon passed.
