Come relax in Fort Lauderdale at Gallery One. 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom with kitchen suite. This high floor suite overlooks the waterway, Birch State Park with ocean views in the distance. The GalleryOne building features outdoor patio space all located directly on the Inter-coastal waterway. The beach is about a 6 minute walk and shopping (Galleria Mall / Publix / Starbucks) and restaurants are within a 2-3 minute walk The space Bedroom: 2 queen beds with Flat screen TV, Dresser and night stand with alarm clock with USB charger Bathroom: Tile walk in shower, 1 sink with granite countertops Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed with Flat screen TV ( sleeps 1 adult comfortably, or 2 small children ) Kitchen: Refrigerator with small freezer section, 2 burner cook-top, Microwave, sink and dishwasher. Pots and pans and basic utensils provided Guest access The Gallery One building is located across from the Galleria Mall, Publix, Starbucks, Premium Liquors and many bars and restaurants. The building itself is managed by a national hotel chain, but by renting directly from the owner you will save and stay in a unit that has been upgraded with new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, new pull out sofa bed and other upgrades. You will have access to all the same amentities (Pool, business center, gym, bar, on-site restaurants, patio areas, wifi etc). However, you will not be able to charge any food or beverages to the room, you will have to pay at the time of service. On-site Parking is $55 / night - valet only, payable at the front desk upon check in (unlimited in / out privileges). Plenty of Uber, Lyft, Public Transportation (Broward Transit), Circuit (free rides via App) Also - Property serves as Stop 7 on the famous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi. Cheaper overnight offsite (5 minute walk) parking may be available - please inquire. Other things to note Coin operated Washer and Dryer located on the 3rd floor ($3 for wash / $3 for Dry) Guests need to provide laundry supplies which can be purchased at front desk or Publix Grocery store across the street. There is a dry cleaners across the street by Publix. Note: due to the building’s WiFi and cable TV set-up / configuration the TV is the living room is not set up as a Smart TV. Iyou want to stream, you will need a laptop or similar device with an HDMI cable to connect to the TV via the HDMI port. There is a Roku device in the bedroom which can be accessed for Netflix / Amazon - you will need to log in with your respective account.
