Relax with the whole family or friends at our second floor condo with 590 sq ft of living space. The condo sleeps 4 between a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit has 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The bus stop is a short walk with access to the ski resort and the towns! The unit has free WiFi, a deck with fantastic views, and an in-building washer/dryer. NO SMOKING or VAPING or MARIJUANA property. ANY sign of smoking will incur a $500 cleaning fee. NO PETS are allowed. The space The bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom en-suite. There is a queen size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. An additional bathroom is in the unit making our condo a 1BD/2BA. The unit's kitchen is stocked with appliances and the basics for meals. Our condo offers a safe and clean place to enjoy mountain views and to participate in many outdoor activities. The entire Vista property, inside and outside, is a No Smoking, No Vaping, and No Marijuana Products area. Please note: the condo does NOT have air conditioning. It has baseboard heaters to warm the unit during the chilly winter months. Guest access There is free parking at and around the building. Additionally, just down the street is Cooper Creek Mall. The parking garage has charging stations for EVs. Other things to note Our condo building has a property insurance plan that gives the owners very little coverage. Therefore, we CANNOT permit ANY SMOKING, VAPING, or MARIJUANA USE inside the condo, on the deck and at the building's outside area including the parking lot. Please keep this policy in mind when booking. ANY SIGN OF SMOKING WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $500 CLEANING FEE. This condo is in a building where full-time residents live. Please be respectful of these people and the building rules. The bus stop with service to the ski resort is a short walk down the hill from the property. Super convenient if you don’t have a car or want to drive to the resort (parking has become more and more limited). After 6pm, the bus operates on a “on call” system allowing for nearby pickup and drop off until 2am.
