This is a perfect getaway for any couple located only 650 yds from the beach! This studio has shared walls as there are other rentals. But NO shared spaces. A few blocks to the lagoon boat ramp. Queen size bed, a small chair that turns into a small bed, WIFI, smart TV, microwave, fridge & coffee bar are all included. Also, there's a small fenced in yard(this is very basic, no grass just beach sand) for your fur babies. Other things to note No excessive noise past 10pm. No candles/fire of any kind. ATTN: AIRBNB SCAMMERS, ULTRA ALLERGIC OR SENSISITIVE PEOPLE AND THOSE EXPECTING A LUXURIOUS PALACE FOR THE PRICE OF THE CHEAPEST ACCOMODATION IN PANAMA CITY BEACH: This is Florida so we do have bugs. We have terminx however on occasion some roaches, ants mosquitos etc do get in especially when the weather shifts, rain etc. No refunds will be granted for reasons relating to claims of Mold, cigarette smoke(none of which I have), bugs etc.We are aware of online blogs teaching people how to scam airbnb hosts. So please don't try that here, I am disclosing that now so that will not work. We keep our places clean and nice and 99-100% of time we are cheaper than 99-100% of accommodations here in PCB.
