This AirB&B does share 1 wall with another unit which is also an AirB&B & right next door. What makes it unique is that it is a small little complex which gives you the warm feeling of calling it home & also located in the heart of NOHO surrounded by huge apartment complexes. We also have a rollaway single bed. Guest access The guest has access to the entire unit & includes their own washer & dryer. It also comes with a rollaway single bed upon request if needed. It also has a large gated shared patio with lights. Free street parking. Other things to note This specific AirB&B is a duplex and has 1 wall that's shared. I've had guests stay all throughout 2021 & 2022 with no noise complaints from adjoining unit. In April 2023 a contractor was hired after a guest complained of noise from the adjoining unit. The noise was significantly reduced. Burbank Airport is about 8 minutes away so there is some airplane noise all throughout NOHO
