The space Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a private gated community with its own resort facility. 1st floor bedroom with queen size bed and attached bathroom. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 twin beds and one with a full size bed. The living room has a 55 inch Roku ready tv. Dining room and full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. The resort facility includes large pool with water slide, lazy river, gym, spa, volleyball court, arcade, bar and grill and ice-cream parlor. Guests are required to pay the resort fee of $20.00 per day per household. This is a separate fee that is paid to the resort at check in. Guest access There is parking space for 3 vehicles (car, motorcycle) right in front of the townhouse.
