An apartment with everything you need for your stay, surrounded by several supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway shops. The space The apartment is located in a very quiet place with a community of mainly elderly people and medical workers; surrounded by shops and supermarkets, with easy access to transportation, moving on foot or by bicycle. Specially prepared for people looking for a different and quiet place within a welcoming environment. Because it is a very small apartment that is not enough to comply with the regulations required to accommodate children and infants, CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS SHALL BE NOT ALLOWED The apartment has a separate entrance, bathroom and private kitchen. Regional Conditions, Building and Facilities: This is a building from 1948, located in the neighborhood of Little Havana therefore, its construction is characteristic of that Cuban city by the 40's. The environment is very humid; That's why I ask you to leave always the air conditioning "on" since it is the only way to dehumidifies. Don't be surprised to see roosters, hens and chicks roaming free throughout the neighborhood; including those very beneficial species for the ecosystem of the area such as opossums, iguanas, lizards, geckos and many more typical and protected species of Florida. You will be able to enjoy an exceptional climate but full of inconveniences unknown to foreigners, and even worse during the hurricane season that begins on June 1 and ends on November 30 of each year.
