Washroom in back building that shared with next door unit . -Dog under 20lbs permitted. $50 fee additional for 2nd dog ( not set up on Airbnb ) . 2nd Fee are separate from booking and must pay cash before check in addition fee for violation to house rules . The space Beautiful , roomy studio. Guest access You’ll have your own parking space on driveway. Lock box with code assigned. Other things to note We kindly asked guests to respect neighbors by keep noise down so everyone can rest well .We keep price more affordable so please help us by turn light and water off when not use . If on A/c ⬆️ 74 when check out , if heat turn ⬇️ 67. . Guess will share washroom that are located in a back building with other unit on duplex. Surveillance cameras on outside of property for safety. For long months stay guest , We do required monthly cleaning with $40 cash separately. $400 fine if we detect smoking inside . $250 fine for pet that are not include in booking .
