Maximum of 6 registered guests permitted at any time. Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage, old red barn, and outbuilding in the backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house excluding the attached 2-car garage, old red barn in the back, and outbuilding. Do not enter or attempt to enter the attic or crawl space. Other things to note Guest parking is provided on the gravel driveway. Please do not drive through the yard unless necessary as there is a septic system in the front yard. We are currently only booking dates six months out from today. Late check-out will be subject to a fee unless authorized in advance; please be mindful of check-out and check-in times when booking due to the cleaning team turning the property over for the next guests. The guest who books the property is responsible for all guests under the reservation. ID may be required for additional adult guests. Fees will apply for damages to the property and contents during your stay without exceptions. Do not move any furniture or remove cushions from the couch. Please follow check-out instructions and be sure to close the windows and lock the doors, as it is of utmost importance for safety and security. We've had people leave the doors open before, believe it or not! We ask that you respect our house and treat it as you would your own place, if that means trashing it or abusing it please avoid booking here.
