Very sensitive to colder temperatures are not a good fit The space First and foremost this is a Jesus Christ home . This is a private studio with a carport parking space, gated entry, and an outdoor lounge area. The space offers natural light, a queen-size soft bed, full kitchen, and hot shower. Privacy: The studio is private and separate from the main house. Kitchen Use: Cooking is permitted with care. No deep frying. When cooking, please open the window for ventilation and clean the kitchen before departure. Excessive grease buildup , strong grease food smell ,damaged cookware requiring replacement will be charged through the Resolution Center. Care of Furnishings: Rugs and furnishings are high quality. Stains or pet damage will result in cleaning or replacement charges. Bindings are old and they have some damage and I’ll be replaced soon but until then guest must understand how to open it and care for it is a simple any trouble if you can’t manage to use it google it. Bathroom needs some work and we know that and price will be reflected please no need to list the details that are in need attention since we know that . Trash & Disposal: Please dispose of trash properly. Two trash bags per stay are provided. Excessive trash, large item disposal, or abandoned belongings may result in additional disposal fees. Forgotten Items: Items left behind can be returned upon request. A $50 handling fee applies in addition to shipping costs. Guest access We are on the alley between 5th and 6th street. Drive straight to the back and park inside the carpot gate. Other things to note Studio Casa Cores is intentionally priced as the most affordable private option in downtown Arcata. It is a simple, budget-friendly space — not a luxury accommodation. To maintain safety and manage costs, only the provided wall heaters may be used. Personal heating devices (space heaters, radiant heaters, etc.) are not permitted. We don’t provide wash cloths they are such a waste and for ecological reasons we are not providing them anymore. Bring your own or bring your own loofah .We provide bath towels and hand towels that are not disposable please don’t keep them or stain them . The unit is located at the rear of the property with alley access. Please follow the check-in directions carefully. Knocking at the front house will delay entry, as in-person assistance is not available. All check-in details and important communication are provided through the Airbnb app. Guests must be able to access messages and follow instructions to ensure a smooth arrival. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance. Unauthorized guests or gatherings may result in cancellation.
