Our house is perfect for any group of friends or family looking for a private, comfortable place. It contains 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy streaming services with our smart TV, savor some food with our fully stocked kitchen, fenced in yard for your 4 legged friends and even get some work or studying done in the office space. Located 2 blocks from main street Princeton, the journey is just getting started the minute you arrive at our wonderful home! The space This house was built in 1876 and has some quirks! Enjoy the original hardwood floors and beautiful woodwork. With that comes squeaky floors and stairs. We also have an old squeaky dining room chairs that fits the houses style that came with the house when we bought it. House layout; main level has the kitchen, dining room, living room and fireplace room/sitting room. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We have a futon couch in the living room if needed. Otherwise there is plenty of floor space throughout the house for a blowup mattress. Absolutely no smoking inside the house is allowed, cigarette, marijuana or E-cig. If we detect any type of smell we will charge a $150.00 smoking fee. Guest access Key code access to the house with 3 parking spots on driveway and street parking is allowed.
